This exceptional rum comes from distillation in a traditional potstill.

It is then aged for more than 6 years in French oak barrels, before being refined for an additional year in ex-Amarone barrels, for a unique edition which will no longer be produced thereafter.

Ideal for collectors, investors and lovers of unique flavors.

For the creation of our Amarone rum, only 1200 bottles were selected.

This very old rum of exceptional complexity brings together all the know-how of the Rhumerie de Saint Aubin.
