The extra-premium Saint-Aubin rum comes from the artisanal part of the distillery. In order to make this rum of the highest possible quality, the following ingredients are used:

 

- Pure sugar cane juice from a selected sugar cane
- Heat Heater
- Spices grown in the gardens of the Saint-Aubin distillery.
- Superior ingredients

 

Bottling is done manually as well as labeling of the bottles.
